O livro hands on faz parte do material Brick by Brick do Programa Bilíngue do Ensino Fundamental I, e é um dos materiais que contribuem com a construção do conhecimento dos alunos, oferecendo exercícios lúdicos e divertidos que resultam em um aprendizado sólido e bem estruturado.
Ao final de cada uma das unidades contidas nele, os estudantes colocam a mão na massa para realizar diferentes atividades. No mês de março, os alunos dos 1ºs e 2ºs anos foram até o Ateliê de Arte para alcançar os objetivos propostos.
Com tinta, os alunos dos 1ºs anos se basearam nas cores primárias para criar uma nova cor e, para finalizar, usaram as mãos para desenhar um arco-íris com cores vibrantes. Enquanto isso, as turmas dos 2ºs anos criaram um ímã de geladeira com os membros da família.
Já os estudantes dos 3ºs anos desenvolveram um alfabeto móvel usando tampinhas de garrafa e, em grupos, brincaram de montar as palavras da unidade. A atividade contribuiu para a ampliação do vocabulário e estimulou a descobertas de novas palavras.
Inspirados pela criatividade e pela imaginação, as crianças usaram os conhecimentos adquiridos com os estudos em sala de aula para ampliar o aprendizado de maneira dinâmica e divertida.
Hands on book activities
The hands on book is part of the Brick by Brick material of the Bilingual Elementary School Program, and is one of the materials that contribute to the construction of students’ knowledge, offering fun exercises that result in a solid and well-structured learning.
At the end of each of the units, the students get their hands to perform different activities. In March, the year 1 and year 2 students went to the Art room to achieve the proposed objectives.
With paint, the students of the year 1 relied on primary colors to create a new color and, finally, used their hands to draw a rainbow with vibrant colors. Meanwhile, the classes of the year 2 created a fridge magnet with the members of the family.
The students of the year 3 developed a mobile alphabet using bottle caps and, in groups, played with the words of the unit. The activity contributed to the expansion of vocabulary and stimulated the discovery of new words.
Inspired by creativity and imagination, children used the knowledge gained from classroom studies to expand learning in a dynamic and fun way.
